When you create an account, we collect your email address and optional display name. If you subscribe to a paid plan, Stripe processes your payment information — we do not store credit card numbers.

We collect anonymized usage data including pages visited, search queries, and hotels viewed. This helps us improve our service and understand which markets and features are most valuable.

Saved Hotels and Alerts

If you save hotels or set up alerts, we store these preferences in your account to provide the service you requested.

How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain our service
• To process your subscription and payments (via Stripe)
• To send you alerts you’ve opted into (score changes, new hotel data)
• To improve our scoring models and data coverage
• To communicate important updates about our service

We do NOT:

Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely on Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security policies. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest. Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified processor.

We use the following third-party services:

• Supabase — Database, authentication, and file storage
• Stripe — Payment processing
• Vercel — Website hosting and deployment
• Google Maps — Hotel location maps

Each of these services has their own privacy policy governing their handling of data.
